Shipping Costs
International/USA:The least expensive option from France is
La Poste, the equivalent of USPS in the USA. My cost for
shipping depends on weight, delivery time and the exchange
rate between the euro and the dollar. At this time if I spend
10 euros for shipping it costs me 14 dollars. For now I am
giving a discount on shipping to my USA customers so that
the cost in euros will be the same in dollars.

Standard International Shipping: normally 6-8 days delivery,
1-3 pieces depending on size (up to 500 grams)...$10
3-6 pieces depending on size (up to 1 kilograms)...$15
6-12 pieces depending on size (up to 2 kilograms)...$20

Express International Shipping: 2 day guaranteed
1-3 pieces depending on size (up to 500 grams)... $21
3-6 pieces depending on size (up to 1 kilograms)...$22
6-12 pieces depending on size (up to 2 kilograms)..$24

Insurance: This option is paid by the customer.
Shipping insurance with La Poste is expensive,
4 euros for a value of 30 euros. I am offering a
no-insurance option for an order of one piece, where
I will redo the order if it is lost, just for the cost of the
blank garment. So far I have had no problems with
shipping items to the USA.

Shipping within Europe: Colissimo rates depending on
weight and delivery time.

Payment Options

PayPal: I can send you a PayPal invoice by email
with instructions on how to pay by credit card or
bank account using PayPal. You do not need
to have an account with PayPal to do this.

Check/USA: A check can be deposited directly
or by mail to my US bank account in Portland, OR.

Check/Europe: A check in euros can be sent to
my mailing address in France.

Prepayment is required before shipping
unless other arrangements have been made.

All orders are guaranteed for exchange or refund.
Refunds can be made through PayPal, or I can
send a check in the mail. I will pay half of the
return shipping.

For customers who want an additional level of
security in the commercial exchange, a sale
through eBay can be arranged.
